Evan’s executive/professional search experience began with a four-year tenure as a President's Club performer at a firm specializing in recruiting and placement of accounting and finance professionals. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Managing Director responsible for turning around an unprofitable branch within six months. Under his leadership, the branch was recognized as the most profitable in a seventeen-city region within just three years. After five years as Managing Director, Evan became a founding partner in a firm specializing in permanent search and consulting services, where he served as an owner and manager for thirteen years.

Before venturing into professional search, Evan's career took shape in the field of public accounting. He worked as an auditor at Deloitte, earning his CPA certification, and later held the position of controller for a privately held manufacturing company.

He also serves as a dedicated Sales Coach/Mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and sales excellence within client teams.
